| Sorry the link isn't working for me for some reason, so apologies if this is answered in the article, but what makes Cabaret's running costs so high? I've seen the production in the West End, not on Broadway (yet), but while some of the visual production elements were impressive, I didn't leave the production thinking, that definitely costs more than a million to run each week. A good sized (but not huge) ensemble and a fairly small orchestra. Is it Redmayne's salary? | |
