THE FULL MONTY in Brooklyn

I wanted to call attention to a delightful production of THE FULL MONTY that is closing this weekend at Heights Players in Brooklyn Heights. I hadn't seen the show since the original production 24 (!) years ago, and I'd forgotten how delightful the score is. This is a small production in a small 3/4 thrust space, but it really works well and is worth seeing if you're a fan of the material. The band is a small 5 player combo, but, again, it works well for the small space. The cast really sells it and it's all so charming and fun, but with all the sharp edges that McNally built into his libretto intact.

There are 3 more performances on Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday afternoon. If you're in the city, go.
