| I don’t understand these negative comments about this taping of the LCT production of Vanya. It’s actually filmed during its first run at the Mitzi Newhouse Theater before it moved to the Beaumont and on to Broadway. I watched this taping during the pandemic and was reminded how wonderful that LCT cast was. And we were reminded once again when we attended the benefit reading last week. I’m glad we have access to this taping with the original cast. RIP, Christopher Durang. |
