Thoughts on why FOLLIES was an instant sell-out and NIGHT MUSIC can't give them away?

I'm, of course, referring to the upcoming concert presentations. Yes, there are obvious differentiators for the Follies concert -- the original production has perhaps a touch more lore in certain circles, the LONG cast list of Broadway stars in the Follies concert is pretty astonishing and even the venue might be considered a touch more iconic. And, of course, Follies has one performance, while Night Music has four. But, looking at the Night Music seating charts right now, the overwhelming majority of tickets remain un-sold,

But, I am surprised at the seeming lack of interest in Night Music being performed by a large orchestra arranged and conducted by Jonathan Tunick as well as some big (and a few not-so-big) names in the cast. I'll admit that something about the casting for Night Music has left me a little underwhelmed, but I'm curious to hear from others why this one isn't clicking with the public the way the Follies concert did.

I thought the real lack of any "classic" music revivals with somewhat traditional scores right now might have also led to more people seeking this experience out.

I know some of us have been dreaming of a (well cast) full-scale revival (to erase the memories of that teeny-tiny British import), but I'm afraid this cool reception to the concerts might scare of any potential producers of a future revival. Shame.
